About Liberatory Leadership
Liberatory Leadership is a course designed for leaders who are committed to challenging oppressive workplace norms and leading with authenticity, resilience, and integrity. This course empowers participants to uncover their unique leadership strengths, dismantle systems of oppression, and cultivate a leadership style rooted in justice.
Our mission is to equip leaders with the knowledge and skills to cultivate anti-racist, inclusive workplaces and lead with authenticity, resilience, and courage.
What You'll Learn
By the end of this course, participants will be able to:
Recognize and Dismantle Oppressive Norms : Identify and challenge workplace practices that perpetuate inequality

Four Live Sessions : 75 minutes each, held virtually via Zoom
